On April 15, 2021, we said Farewell to Our Brother, Uncle, and Friend, Clarence John Carson. A local Baker, Pastry chef, and friendly face, Known fondly as "Johnny ". He will be joining and welcomed by his mother, sister, and 2 brothers.
Among the lives he touched are his sister, and 3 brothers, who will all miss him dearly, along with many nieces and nephews, Great nieces and nephews whom all held a special place in his heart. John attended BUHS and began baking at Hammelman's, and then at Amy's.
Many knew John as an animal lover, an avid outdoors man, and a man with a terrific sense of humor, as he was the proud owner and caregiver of the famous Brattleboro Alligator. John's canine family was his pride and joy, and was rarely far from them.
John truly had an affinity for baking. He understood and reveled in the craft. He was always true to his chosen profession. His kind face and calm demeanor will be missed on Main Street and will be forever in our hearts.
