Claudette M. Girard, 58 of Manchester, died on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at the Community Hospice House, in Merrimack.
Mrs. Girard was born on September 6, 1959, in Manchester, NH the daughter of Henry and Doris (Proulx) Chalifour. She was raised in Manchester and attended local schools. She was a lifelong resident of Manchester.
She was employed at Southern NH Services where she was a housing manager.
Mrs. Girard enjoyed camping, long walks and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Members of her family include; her husband of 38 years, Daniel R. Girard, of Manchester; her daughter, Sarah J. Girard, of Manchester; her son, Ryan D. Girard and his wife Chantal, of Londonderry, NH; four grandchildren, Parker, Bella, Sophia, Harrison; four brothers, Gerard Chalifour, Donald Chalifour, Paul Chalifour, all of Manchester; Jean Chalifour, of Florida; a sister, Lillian Bell, of Manchester; several nieces and nephews.
SERVICES: A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2018 from 9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue, in Manchester, NH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Community Hospice House, 210 Naticook Road, Merrimack, NH 03054, in memory of Mrs. Girard.
