Constance R. “Connie” Neveu, 87, of Bedford, NH, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 21, 2026, surrounded by loved ones.

Connie was born on December 28, 1938, in Sherbrooke, Canada, to the late Robert and Pauline (Gosselin) Simoneau. She and the love of her life, Maurice “Moe” Neveu, immigrated to the United States from Canada. They built their life and family on the West Side of Manchester and shared 63 years of marriage before Moe’s passing in 2020.

Connie worked for several years at Mod-Tap and other local manufacturing companies. She was a longtime communicant of Ste. Marie Church and was devoted to her faith.

Connie loved to sing and dance. She regularly sang in the church French charismatic group and always enjoyed singing carols during Christmas Eve gatherings with her family. She also cherished the “camp” at Maple Grove, where many family memories were made. Connie loved her family and treasured time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Connie is survived by her four children: Sylvie Young (late Donald), Serge Neveu, Linda MacArthur (Albert), and Louise Holliday (Dave), all of Manchester.

She is also survived by her grandchildren: Jennifer, Danielle, Christine, Marilyn, Jake, Krista, Megan, Kimberly, Pierre, Jessica, and Kevin; and her great-grandchildren, Dylan, Cade, Sebastian, Buddy, Elecktra, Jaedin, Damon, Marky, Ainsley, Amelia, Lucy, Quinlan, Ophelia, and Maxine.

In addition to her husband, Maurice, Connie was predeceased by her beloved son, Daniel. She was also predeceased by her siblings, Jacques Simoneau, Lucie Simoneau-Lessard, Lise Simoneau, Claire Simoneau, and Denise Simoneau.

Connie will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her.

SERVICES: A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2026, 10 a.m. at Ste. Marie Church, 378 Notre Dame Avenue, in Manchester, NH. Committal prayers and interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, in Manchester, NH.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the New Hampshire Breast Cancer Coalition in memory of Connie.
