Constance "Connie" Louise (Brunt) Ploss, 76, of Manchester, passed away at her residence on November 29, 2012 after a lengthy illness, with her family by her side.
She was born in Lawrence, MA on July 17, 1936, the daughter of G. Stanley and Madeline (Morache) Brunt and had been a Manchester resident since 1950. Connie graduated from Central High School in 1954, attended UNH, Hesser Business College and Lee Institute where she obtained her real estate broker's license. She worked for New England Telephone Company in the treasury department for several years. Connie loved flowers and decorated her home with the changing seasons. Rain on the roof, the first snowfall and vacations at the beach were some of her favorite things. She also enjoyed crossword puzzles.
Family members include her beloved Donald G. Ploss whom she married on April 19, 1958; two daughters, Cathleen Doucet of Bedford and Joanne Cullerot and her husband Kenneth of Hampton; four grandchildren, Stephanie Doucet, Robert Doucet, Elizabeth Cullerot, and Katheryn Cullerot; one nephew, Michael Ploss a cousin Robert Shaw. She also leaves behind two close friends, Dorothy McCarthy and Barbara Cayer along with her domino buddies. She will be sadly missed by all.
