Coranna "Connie" M. (Laliberte) Bedard Foreman, 90, of Manchester, died on June, 19, 2014, at St. Theresa Rehabilitation and Nursing Center surrounded by her daughter, grand-daughter and son-in-law after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Auburn, NH on June 11, 1924 to Joseph and Hermeline (Gagnon) Laliberte. She lived in Hooksett and Cathedral City, CA for many years before returning to Manchester several years ago.
She worked for Maria's Hair Salon as a manicurist and pedicurist for many years in Palm Springs, CA and retired at the age of 82.
She enjoyed playing cards, bingo and occasional trips to the casino. She also enjoyed being a volunteer at the Mizell Senior Center in Pam Springs. Most of all, she enjoyed being with family and family gatherings.
The family includes: her daughter and son-in-law, Denise and Raymond Boucher of Manchester, a grand-daughter and spouse, Lori and Scott Barnwell, two great grandsons, Douglas and Owen Barnwell of Derry, and brother, George Laliberte of Georgia. She was predeceased by her grandson, Neal Farland, and eight siblings, Roger, Robert, Martin Laliberte and Simone Ruais, Doris Lacerte, Lorraine Bernier, Jacqueline Beaudoin, and Pauline Laliberte.
ARRANGEMENTS: Calling hours will be held in the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St., Manchester on Monday, June 23, from 4:00 to 6:00P.M. Friends and relatives welcome. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30A.M. on Tuesday, June 24, at St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, 575 Candia Rd., Manchester, followed by a committal service at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Connie's memory to St. Theresa Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, 519 Bridge St., Manchester, NH 03104.
