Cynthia T. Hardy

Cynthia T. Hardy, 75, of Concord NH, passed away on August 23, 2021. Cynthia was born in Central Falls, RI on May 17, 1946, to the late Edward and Dorothy (Bliss) Plante. Cynthia spent much of her life in Rhode Island where she met her husband of 57 years, Raymond Hardy Sr. Many Rhode Islanders will fondly remember Cynthia from the day care that she owned and operated in Pawtucket where she treated the children like they were her own.

In addition to her husband Raymond, Cynthia is survived and will be missed by her three children; her son Raymond Jr. and his wife Kathy, her daughter Melissa and her husband Mark, her son Brian and his wife Sarah, , her siblings; her brother William and her sisters Patricia, Carol and Lorraine. She is survived by her grandchildren; Christopher, Gregory, Jennifer, Brandon, Angel, Brittany, Justin, Tiffany and her great-grandchildren; Cooper, Addison, Madilyn, Ella, Camden, Cheylynn, Javonte, Zachary, Jordan, Abby, Colton.

In addition to her parents, Cynthia was predeceased by her brothers Donald and Joseph and great-grandson Christian.

A memorial gathering will be held at Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester NH on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 10am with a funeral service beginning shortly after 11am.
