Cynthia Marie Loeffler, 63, passed away on December 22, 2023, in the comfort of her home, with her brother, Doug, sister, Joy, and best friend, Sylvia, by her side.
Born in Warroad, MN, she was the daughter of the late George and Madonna (Houle) Rombach. Cynthia was the dedicated wife of her late husband, Douglas Loeffler, with whom she shared 25 years of marriage. Cynthia lived most of her adult life in Oregon, where she and Douglas owned and operated a Flower, Jewelry, and Gift shop. Most recently, Cynthia worked as a medical transcriptionist at the Elliot Health Systems.
A devoted wife, sister, aunt, and friend, Cynthia’s great joy was spending time with her family, friends and her dog. Cynthia had an adventurous heart, traveling around the country with Douglas. Her most fond memories are from their trip in Hawaii, countless trips to New York City, and the 2016 cross country trip, moving from Oregon to New Hampshire. An avid cook, Cynthia enjoyed baking and cooking, hosting many occasions for family and friends. In her spare time, she was an amateur photographer, focusing on macrophotography of the Pacific Ocean and natural landscapes. Cynthia will be best remembered for her kind heart, giving spirit, and love of family.
Cynthia is survived by her sister, Joy Soots and husband Mark of Oregon; brother, Douglas Rombach and wife Betty of NY; many beloved nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Cynthia was predeceased by her sister, Pamela Oliverio.
