David J. Hunt Jr., 43 of Bedford, NH. Died suddenly on Thursday June 2, 2005. While he was born in Winchester, MA. He was raised and educated in Stoneham, MA. He was a graduate of Malden Catholic High School Class of 1979. He had also attended Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. He was employed by I.U.E.C. Local 4 of Boston for 18 years as an elevator mechanic. He was a collector of vintage Bass guitars, and he lived for the Blues. He left behind many famous Blues musicians who admired him very much. Among those admirers were the Reverend Paquette, Kevin, Jimmy, Luther Guitar Johnson, K.D. Bell, to name just a few. He had a passion for Harley Davidson motorcycles and enjoyed riding and spending time with all the members of the Getaway Motorcycle Club. He loved his family very much and will be sadly missed Forever and a Day. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Ruthann Hunt of Bedford NH. Daughters Brittany Marie and Melissa Marie also of Bedford, NH. Father David J. Hunt Sr. of Andover, MA. Mother Barbara A. Roche of Methuen, MA. Sister Valerie J. Hunt and her husband James C. Ballway of Boxford, MA. Brother Paul R. Johnson of Hudson, NH. Several nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins also survive him. Friends and family are invited to help celebrate Davids life during calling hours on Monday June 6th from 2-4 & 6-9 PM at the Phaneuf Funeral Home and Crematorium 243 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH. 03104. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday morning, June 7th at 11:00 O'Clock at Ste. Marie Church, Manchester, NH. Following cremation, committal services will take place at the convenience of the family. The family requests that contributions be made in Davids memory, to a fund being established to help educate his two precious daughters.
