Deborah L. Gagnon

Deborah L. Gagnon, 64, of Bedford NH, passed away on August 13, 2023 after a valiant battle with a prolonged illness stemming from a stroke. Debra was born and raised in New York state to the late Frederick & Adelle (Robinson) Stutzmann and would eventually move to New Hampshire at the age of 17.

A truly remarkable soul, Debra's legacy lies in her unwavering selflessness. She had an innate ability to put others' needs above her own, often giving without hesitation, even if it meant sacrificing her own well-being. Her caring nature was a guiding light to those fortunate enough to know her, making her a source of comfort and support in times of need.

Debra's zest for life was evident to all who crossed her path. She embraced every moment with a vitality that was infectious, never allowing hardships to dim her spirit. Her free spirit and genuine enjoyment of life were a testament to her philosophy of living life to its fullest. She leaves us all with a reminder to never waste a moment, as life is precious.

For a decade, Debra lent her nurturing touch to Villa Crest and Visiting Angels as a dedicated caretaker. Her commitment to easing the burdens of others was evident in the genuine care she provided to those under her watch. Beyond her professional pursuits, her heart bloomed in her garden, where she cultivated beauty and found solace. Her love for gardening mirrored her love for her grandchildren, with whom she shared cherished moments and unbreakable bonds.

Debra leaves behind a large and loving family, and will be dearly missed by all whose lives she touched.

A celebration of Debra’s life will be held on Saturday, August 19 from 12 - 2 PM, with a service beginning at 1:30 PM, at Phaneuf Funeral Homes, 243 Hanover St. Manchester, NH.
