Denis R. Roy

Denis R. Roy, 54, of 196 Lowell Street, passed away September 1, 2008 at his residence. He was born in Manchester on February 15, 1954, the son of Lucien and Anita (Gagnon) Roy and had been a lifelong resident of the City. He attended Manchester West High School. He owed and operated Northeast Irrigation Systems. Denis was an avid hockey fan and enjoyed traveling to the Caribbean. Family members include his son, Christopher Roy of Manchester; one daughter, Jamie Cashin of Manchester; his mother of Manchester; one brother, Paul Roy of Manchester; one sister, Doris Bergeron of Deerfield; and aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins. Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street on Thursday from 5 to 8 PM. Funeral services will follow in the funeral home chapel at 8:00 PM.
