Denise Lorraine Marchand

Denise L. (Langevin) Marchand, 63, of Manchester passed away at home on October 14, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 16, 1950 in Manchester, daughter of the late William and Estelle Louise (Desrochers) Langevin.

Denise enjoyed sewing, cooking, traveling, or just taking a leisure trip to Indian reservations like Foxwoods. Although above all what she enjoyed most was spending Christmas at home and just being with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Beloved wife of Mike Marchand with whom she shared 37 years of marriage. Loving mother of Lisa Brouillard of Bethel, VT; Cindy McCloskey and her husband James of Navarre, FL; Ivan Gilbert and his wife Kelly of Manchester and Nicole Jones and her husband Matt of Manchester. Devoted Mememe` of 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Gloria Stone of Clyde, NC; Richard Langevin of Summerfield, FL; Francine Lavery of Yorktown, TX; William Langevin of Pinardville; Raymond Langevin of Raymond; Christine Greenwood of Manchester; and Armand Lemire of San Diego, CA. She was also survived by her faithful companion, her dog Peanut.

SERVICES: Family and friends will honor and remember Denise's life by gathering for visiting hours in the Phaneuf Funeral Home & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street (corner of Union St.) Manchester on Friday, October 17th from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.
