Derek G. Paradise

Derek G. Paradise, 49, of Manchester, passed away on July 3, 2024.

Derek was born on January 23, 1975 in Manchester, the son of Denise (Poisson) Paradise and the late Richard Paradise. He was educated in Manchester schools and graduated from Goffstown High School. He went on to graduate from Hesser College with a degree in Criminal Justice.

To say Derek had a big personality would be an understatement. He was the loudest and brightest person in any room, always making people laugh with his overexaggerated storytelling and great confidence. He was an avid pool player and enjoyed playing endless card games with his family. He meant a lot to a lot of people and he will be sorely missed.

Derek is the beloved father of his two boys, Aiden and Joseph Paradise; he is also survived by his mother Denise Paradise; brother Greg Paradise and his wife Michelle; nephews, Trevor and Evan Paradise; niece and goddaughter Belle Paradise; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was predeceased by his father Richard Paradise in 2023, and his daughter Aurora Paradise.

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, July 12th from 11am-1pm at The Phaneuf Funeral Home & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street in Manchester. A memorial service will follow at 1pm in the funeral home. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend.
