Derin Thomas Sr., 44, of Manchester, passed away unexpectedly at his home on September 11, 2026.

Derin was born in Boston MA on February 12, 1982, and was the fourth of five children born to Patricia Thomas. Derin worked for many years as a professional driver and had a passion for his work; however, his family and friends were the most important thing in his life. Derin was an avid sports fan, but his love for the Dallas Cowboys was unmatched by any other, never missing a game, and his adoration for the team never waivered, even through their losses.

Derin will live on through his children, Derin Thomas Jr., Terell Thomas, Allisia Scott, Brittni Scott, Aidan Tsoumbanos, and Ari Tsoumbanos, and his four grandchildren.

His memory will always be kept alive by his siblings Antwan Thomas, Dwyone Thomas, Kion Thomas, and Tyianna Lynch, as well as his former wife Amy Tsoumbanos and partner Mareesa Comeau.
