Diane Y. Kozak

Diane Y. (Houle) Kozak, 54 of 55 Sherwood Drive, Hooksett, died April 24 at her residence. She was born in Salem, MA on December 11, 1946, the daughter of Adrien and Dorothy (Bouchard) Houle and lived in Wenham, Ma for many years prior to moving to Hooksett in 1985. She had volunteered as a counselor at the Women's State Prison in Goffstown for several years and met many close friends at the prison. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. Family members include her husband of 33 years, Michael Kozak; a son, Michael Adrien Kozak of Hooksett; a daughter, Mrs. John (Dawn-Marie) Morrison of Marysville, WA; two grandchildren; a sister, Dolores Labrecque of Beverly, MA; and many nephews, nieces and cousins. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Merrimack Street, Manchester, NH 03101. Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium is in charge of arrangements.
