Dianne M. St. Amand

Dianne M. St. Amand, of Manchester, NH, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.

Dianne was born on February 14, 1954, to Harold and Rose (Drapeau) Smith. After graduating from Conval High School in 1972, she went on to study cosmetology at Houle's Beauty Academy, and opened her own beauty salon.

In 1974, she met the love of her life, Paul. She married him on her birthday, which also happened to be on Valentine's Day, and spent their honeymoon in Paris. They traveled all over Europe together, from Switzerland to Austria to Germany, just to name a few.

She enjoyed the simple things that life had to offer such as spending time with family, playing the piano, cooking, decorating, crafts, and watching Hallmark movies. She enjoyed the comfort of her children and grandchildren.

Dianne was predeceased by her parents; Harold and Rose Smith, her brother; Douglas Smith, several aunts, uncles, and cousins who have passed away. She leaves behind her husband Paul St. Amand Sr., her children; Ann St. Amand, Amy Gionet and her husband Richard, Paul St. Amand Jr. and his wife Eileen, as well as her grandchildren; Owen, and Liliana St. Amand. She also leaves behind an aunt, Mrs. Ruth Branch, and several cousins.

There will be no calling hours. A mass of catholic burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 7, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. Marie's Church, 378 Notre Dame Ave., Manchester, NH 03102. This will be followed by a burial service at Mount Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Road, Manchester, NH 03102.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the National Kidney Foundation, an organization Dianne felt strongly about.
