Dolores Rita Andrus

Dolores Rita Andrus, 86, of Goffstown, NH and formerly of Moonachie, NJ, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on February 22, 2021. She was born on January 12, 1935, one of nine children, to the late Michael and Mildred (Demao) Luberto. She shared 58 years of marriage with her late husband, Jack Andrus.

Dolores was born and raised in Moonachie, NJ, where she spent most of her life. She worked for many years at B&D Surgical until her retirement. She was a cherished mother and grandmother and as her children were growing up she enjoyed taking yearly trips with them to the Catskills and Niagara Falls. In her spare time, she enjoyed doing crafts, especially crocheting, needlepoint and coloring. Dolores loved her family, spending time outside in the backyard and enjoyed a good barbeque with family and friends.

Dolores is survived by her sons, Richard Andrus and his wife Lisa Iodice of Goffstown, NH; Michael Andrus and his wife Carla of Manchester, NH; John Andrus and his significant other Linda Wolf of Garfield, NJ; her daughter, Karen Simonetti and her husband Ralph of Kissimmee, FL; her grandchildren, Shauna Marie Andrus, Christopher Andrus, Nicole Simonetti, Jack Black and RJ Simonetti; her brothers, Mickey and Robert Luberto; her sister, Lucy Pearce; as well as many great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Dolores's life will be held at a later date.
