Dolores Diane Spaulding, 74, passed away on July 10, 2023 at Elliot Hospital. Born in Northampton Massachusetts on February 1, 1949, she was a daughter of the John Daley and Ethel Daley.
Dolores was one of eleven children and was raised in Western Massachusetts. A kind and compassionate person, she worked as a licensed practical nurse for many years at Dartmouth Hitchcock in Concord until her retirement. Her kind heart led her to serve as a volunteer for the Manchester Animal Shelter and for a local the New Horizons Soup Kitchen. She found great comfort in her faith and was a longtime member of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. Above all else, Dolores was a loving mother, grandmother and sister who cherished time spent with her family.
Dolores is survived by her daughters, Susan O’Brien of Manchester and Melissa Spaulding of Derry; her son, David Spaulding and his wife Laura of Pelham; her sisters, LeeAnn Cook, Linda Miazga, Judith Tetreault and Maureen Daley; her grandchildren, Kristina O’Brien, Jessica O’Brien, Emma LeBlanc and Levi Carrier; and her great-granddaughter, Rylee. In addition to her parents, Dolores was predeceased by sisters Patricia Jones and Roberta Tyburski, brothers John Daley, Daniel Daley, Michael Daley and William Daley.
Dolores’s memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 5th at 11AM at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 102 Main Street, Manchester, NH.
