Donald G. Bureau, 61, of 53 Columbus Street, died at his home on January 28, 2003. He was born in Manchester on October 9, 1941, the son of the late Arthur and Yvonne (Daniel) Bureau and had been a lifelong resident of the Queen City. Donald was a US Army Veteran, belonged to the Teamsters Union, the League of a 1000 Men of the Monastery of the Precious Blood and was a cook at St. Anselm's College until his retirement. Family members include his wife of 19 years, Barbara (Keefe) Bureau of Manchester, five sons, Thomas Bureau of Manchester, Rich Gerrish of Weare, Bill Gerrish of Manchester, Mike Gerrish of Massachusetts and Dan Mercier of Derry, NH; three daughters, Christine Wholley of Londonderry, Kathy Azotea of Dunbarton and Dawn Coskren of Goffstown, ten grandchildren, a brother, Guston "Lou" Bureau, a sister Claudette Moran, both of Manchester, several nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue, Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday morning at 10 o'clock in Ste. Marie Church. Urn burial will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
