Donald G. LaChance, 89, of Manchester, died on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at Catholic Medical Center, in Manchester.
Mr. LaChance was born on October 1, 1930, in Manchester, NH the son of the late Philip and Maryellen (O'Keefe) LaChance. He was a lifelong resident of Manchester.
He was a veteran and served as a corporal in the United States Army during the Korean War.
Prior to retirement, Mr. LaChance was a business owner.
His hobbies and interests include; reading, ballroom dancing, skiing, drinking scotch, loved the NY Yankees and his girls.
Members of his family include; his daughters, Susan Nicole, April LaChance, Paula Segal, Holly LaChance, Donna Voisine; 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Mr. LaChance was predeceased by his wife, Pearl (Gionet) LaChance.
SERVICES: Calling hours will be held on Friday, November 22, 2019 from 4 â 7 p.m. at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue, in Manchester. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, 10 a.m. at the Parish of the Transfiguration, 107 Alsace Street, in Manchester. Committal prayers will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, in Manchester.
