DONNA LEE (McCLINTOCK) CRUIKSHANK
FRANCONIA, NH -- Donna Lee (McClintock) Cruikshank, age 77, passed away after a brief illness on Friday, March 16, 2018 at Littleton Regional Hospital in Littleton, NH surrounded by her loving family.
Donna was born on May 16, 1940, daughter of Lloyd and Bernice (Ordway) McClintock. She grew up in Woodsville, NH where she attended the public school system. She had a fulfilling career at Hunkins & Eaton for many years, where she considered fellow employees and customers as family. She was a beloved member of All Saints' Episcopal Church in Littleton, NH and was an active member in the community, where she volunteered her time through Dinner Bell, Meals on Wheels, the Senior Center, and Littleton Hospital. Donna's greatest pleasures included spending time with family and friends, working in her garden, and sitting on her porch enjoying the beauty of nature and the wildlife that surrounded her home.
She is predeceased by her husband William Cruikshank, her sons Kimothy Golden and Scott Golden, her godparents Thomas and Edith Elliot and beloved friend and mother of her granddaughter Susan Chang.
She is survived by her brother Bruce McClintock of Loudon, NH; Daughter and son-in-law, Heidi and Michael Mock of Dorchester, NH; Grandson and his wife, Dillon and Jennifer Mock and great grandson Madden, of Canaan, NH; Grandson and his wife, Cole and Marissa Mock of Holderness, NH; Granddaughter and her husband Jade Golden and Cameron Martineau of Dover, NH; Daughter-in-law Lucy Golden and grandson Luke of Franconia, NH; as well as her lifelong friends.
Donna will be remembered by many for her kind heart and willingness to help others. Her family would like to send a special thanks to the staff of Littleton Regional Hospital for their compassion and consideration during this time.
Services will be held at All Saints' Episcopal Church in Littleton, NH at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 24th with Rev. Curtis E. Metzger officiating.
