Donna A. Dyment

Donna A. Dyment, 75, of Weare died Friday, January 29, 2021 following her courageous battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease).

Donna was born in Beverly, MA June 9, 1945 to Lance and Barbara (Sullivan) Dale. She was raised in Gloucester and educated in area schools. She married Philip A. Dyment on August 3, 1963 and together they raised two children.

Donna's passions were many and varied throughout her life and she held a seemingly limitless amount of love in her heart. She found a great deal of enjoyment in music and the arts, she loved animals, being near the ocean, spending time with her family, and the occasional adventure to Foxwoods Casino & Resort. She developed countless friendships through her work with the State of New Hampshire and she was deeply proud of how she grew to financial independence following the death of her beloved husband. Donna absolutely adored her grandchildren and made sure to support them in any way she could. Donna was as loved every bit as much as she loved and she left a smile with everyone who ever had the great privilege to meet her.

Donna is survived by her children, Philip Shawn Dyment and his wife, Michelle of Meredith, and Kimberly Ribbans and her husband Edmund of Weare; her cherished grandchildren, Kayla Miner, Shawn Patrick Dyment, Ashley Ribbans, and Trevor Ribbans; her sisters, Sharon A. Dale and her partner, John Movalli of Center Ossipee, and Mary Kline and her husband, Larry of Gloucester, MA; her brother, Harold Dale and his wife, Anne of Gloucester, MA; and her sister-in-law, Sharon "Sheri" Dale of CA. Donna is also survived by her sister-in-law, Joan Dyment; sister-n-law Judy Dyment; brother-in-law, Kenneth Dyment and wife, Ellen; brother-in-law, Ronald Dyment and wife Nancy; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews who have always loved and supported her. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her father-in-law, Earl Dyment; mother-in-law, Cecile (Dube) Dyment; her brother and husband of Sheri, Lance Dale; brother-in-law and husband of Joan, Arthur Dyment; and brother-in-law and husband to Judy, Lawrence Dyment.
