Donna L. Strickland

Donna L. (Smith) Strickland, 48, of 553 Silver St., Manchester died October 20, 2000 at the Elliot Hospital. She was born in Franklin on October 21, 1952, the daughter of Bernard and Nancy (Beane) Smith and resided for most of her life in the Franklin and Concord area before moving to Manchester earlier this year. She was a graduate of Franklin High School and was a self-employed hairdresser. Family members in addition to mother of Tilton include two sons, Shawn Strickland of Kissimmee, FL and Matthew Strickland of Concord; one grandchild; two brothers, Norman Smith of Tilton and Dennis Smith of Lincoln; four sisters, Sherry Locicero of Manchester, Deborah Beaudet of Tilton, Tina Smith of Tilton and Roxanne Prine of Franklin; and many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins. A graveside memorial service is scheduled for later this month in Franklin Cemetery. Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium is in charge of arrangements.
