Dora Tremblay, 70, formerly of 435 Union Street, died July 16, 2003, at Catholic Medical Center after a courageous battle with lung disease. She was born in Chicago, Illinois, on June 22, 1933, the daughter of Telesphone and Alice (Doucette) Laroche and had been a resident of Manchester for most of her life. She worked for Velcro, USA retiring in 1996. Dora was a parishioner of St. Anne Church and was very active on various church committees. She was a loving mother and a devoted grandmother. Family members include four sons; Victor Tremblay, Robert Tremblay, Brian Tremblay and Mark Tremblay, all of Manchester, two daughters; Debra Quimby of Hooksett and Brenda Wintle of Concord, 11 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Relatives and friends are welcomed to a memorial gathering at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Friday evening from 4 to 8 o'clock. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday morning at 10 o'clock in St. Augustin Church. Urnment will be in St. Augustin Cemetery.
