Doris R. Armstrong

Doris Rita Armstrong, 91, died February 8, 2025, at Hillsborough County Nursing Home in Goffstown. She was born on April 15, 1933 in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, the daughter of Wenceslas Armstrong and Laura White.

Survived by her son Daniel V. Trudeau of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, her son Ricky R. Trudeau and spouse Anne M. Trudeau of Goffstown. Grandchildren include Michael R. Trudeau of Hooksett, Clint O. Trudeau of Northwood and Jessica A. Mercer of Londonderry. Great-grandchildren include Lilian and Charlotte Trudeau of Northwood, Magnolia R. Mercer and Isaac J. Mercer V of Londonderry.

Predeceased by the father of her children Albert U. Trudeau and her sons Robert A. Trudeau, Steven D. Trudeau and Scott A. Trudeau of Goffstown and her Stepfather Rubert White of Bedford. 

Her siblings included Conrad Armstrong of Manchester, Donald Armstrong of Hooksett and Richard Armstrong of Pembroke.

Doris was self employed as a Seamstress and was very passionate about gardening, baking and raising five sons in Goffstown. She volunteered services to various town and church organizations in Goffstown. She had many holiday traditions which will be carried forward by her family.

Service: Visitation will be 4:00 - 5:30pm on Thursday, February 20, 2025 at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover Street in Manchester, immediately followed by a Memorial Service starting at 5:30pm. Flowers can be sent directly to the funeral home on the day of the service.
