Doris A. Daniels, 75, of Manchester, died October 24, 2002, at Catholic Medical Center. She was born in Lyndeborough, NH on July 11, 1927, the daughter of the late Charles and Gertrude (Bailey) Murdo and had been a resident of New Boston before moving to Manchester 45 years ago. Doris was a member of the Workmen's Club and previously worked for Fletcher Shoe Company. She enjoyed cooking for the family and was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Family members include two sons, John Daniels of Bedford, NH and David Daniels of Manchester, NH, four daughters; Beverly Patistas, Irene Lachapelle, both of Manchester, NH, Barbara Holdsworth of Londonderry, NH and Nancy Violette of Manchester, NH., 16 grandchidlren, 28 great grandchildren, a brother, Charles Murdo of Concord, NH, a sister Lydia Skinner of Florida, many nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Relatives and friends are welcomed to calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Monday morning from 9 to 11 o'clock with the service immediately at 11 o'clock in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.
