Doris I. Mailhiot

Doris Irene Mailhiot, 76, of Goffstown, NH, passed away on October 30, 2022. She was born in Manchester on October 26, 1946.

Doris was raised in Manchester, NH and attended Central High School. She had a long career at Elliot Hospital, where she retired from her position as supervisor of admissions after many years of employment. She enjoyed going to concerts, Broadway shows, ballets, and was a member of several bowling leagues over the years. She loved to travel and made many fond memories over the years on cruises, vacations to the beach, and time spent “glamping” in York and at Lake Winnipesaukee. She cherished time spent with her husband, Ronald, at the cabin they built together in the White Mountains. Doris was a devoted Nana who loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Doris is survived by her sons, Ryan Mailhiot and his wife Suzanne of Goffstown and Travis Mailhiot and his fiancé Natalie Briney of Concord; her step-children, Lance Mailhiot of Manchester, Keith Mailhiot of California, Kim Palmer and her husband Donald of North Hampton, and Dawn Mailhiot of Manchester; her sister, Diane Buksar and her husband Andrew of Milford, MA; her grandchildren, Alexandria Mailhiot, Ava Mailhiot, Delilah Mailhiot, Stella Mailhiot and Camila Mailhiot; step-grandchildren, Kyle and Dylan Palmer and Joshua Bernier; her step great-grandchildren, Jaxson and Brayden; as well as several nieces and nephews. Doris was pre-deceased by her husband Ronald Mailhiot, her mother, Antoinette Bourque, and her brother, Albert Bourque.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday, November 7^th at 10AM at Ste. Marie Parish, 378 Notre Dame Ave, Manchester, NH. She will be laid to rest in Mount Calvary Cemetery’s Mausoleum.
