Dorothea M. Jordan

Dorothea M. Jordan, 79, formerly of 56 Tyler Street, Nashua, NH died April 26, 2000, at Rockingham County Nursing Home, Brentwood, NH after a brief illness. She was born January 29, 1921, in Boston, Ma., the daughter of Hervey and Marion (Robinson) Courchaine and had been a resident of Nashua for over 25 years and also resided in the Boston and Tynsboro, Ma. Communities. She was employed with Greenbriar Nursing Home in Nashua for 15 years before her retirement. Family members include two sons, Noel Jordan of Aurora, Colorado and Peter Jordan of Pembroke, her predeceased son Kenneth Jordan, two daughters, Mrs. Brendon (Diane) Murphy of Nashua and Mrs. William (Roberta) Simoneau of Deerfield, 11 grandchildren, three great grandchildren, a sister Marion Stansbury of Cambridge, Ma., several nieces, nephews and cousins. There are no calling hours. SERVICES: A Memorial Mass will be celebrated in St. Peter Church, Auburn, on Saturday, May 6 at 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to the American Lung Association, 456 Beech Street, Manchester, NH 03105.
