Dorothea M. McIntire

Dorothea Murial (Marchant) McIntire, 72, of Dover NH, passed away on June 9th, 2020 at Frisbee Memorial Hospital. She was born on June 30th, 1947 in Boston, MA the daughter of the late Vincent & Murial (Roy) Marchant.

Dorothea attended school in Wilmington MA and later worked at Lynnfield High School. In her spare time she loved to garden, go shopping, and walking which she was sure to do every day. She was also very committed to her faith and loved The Lord. Above all, Dorothea loved spending time with her family and friends, especially doting on her 5 grandchildren during the holidays. She will be dearly missed by all whose lives she touched.

Dorothea is survived by her 3 daughters Michelle Whittier, Mellissa McIntire and Melinda Mackenzie; 3 brothers Vincent Marchant, Robert Marchant & Ronald Marchant; 5 grandchildren Devlin, Sarah, Morgan, Paige & Cole; as well as extended family and friends.

A celebration of Dorothea's life will be held on Saturday August 22nd at 2:00 PM at the Trinity Evangelical Church: 105 Haverhill St. North Reading MA.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dorothea's memory to the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.
