Mrs. Dorothy L. Bussiere, 66, of Manchester, NH died January 2, 2008 at the Elliot Hospital in Manchester, following a period of declining health. She was born on March 13, 1941 in Hillsborough, NH the daughter of the late Willis Edward and Rose May (Towns) Currier. She was a resident of Manchester for many years. She worked as a LNA for various healthcare facilities in the greater Manchester area. Dorothy was a dedicated homemaker and mother. In her younger years, she enjoyed camping. She also enjoyed taking scenic drives, collecting trinkets with owls, her pets and cooking. She was also interested in Native American items and history as it was part of the ancestry. She is survived by her husband, Albert EJ Bussiere of Manchester; 4 sons, Albert Bussiere, Richard Bussiere, Edward Bussiere and Shawn Royer all of Manchester; three daughters, Tammy Floyd, Courina Senay and Dorothy Collins all of Manchester; 12 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; her sister, Louise M. Royer of Francestown and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Her Calling Hours are on Monday at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St, Manchester from 6:00 to 8:00PM. Interment will be private. Donations in her Dorothy’s name can be made to the American Diabetes Association, 249 Canal St, Manchester, NH 03101.
