Dorothy B. Delisle, 87, of Littleton, passed away on Thursday, December 17, 2009 at the Lafayette Center in Franconia, NH after a long illness.
She was born October 6, 1922 in Woodsville, NH. She was married to Joseph W. Delisle on May 29, 1946. They owned and operated Profile Cleaners and Laundromats in Littleton, NH and several area towns.
Family members include her son David and his wife Marydith of Duluth, Minnesota and daughter Susan of Littleton, NH. She is also survived by two grandsons Jason and Matthew and two great granddaughters Breanne and Kara as well as one sister, Cora Wedge of Southbridge, MA and several brothers and sisters-in-law.
Dorothy will be remembered as a very kind and caring person who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
The family has chosen to celebrate her life with a private service officiated by Rev. Fr. Marcel Martel.
The family extends their sincere thanks to the Littleton Area Senior Center for their many acts of kindness.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Littleton Area Senior Center in her honor, Littleton, NH.
