Dorothy Fritz

Dorothy A. Fritz, age 85, of Bedford, NH passed away peacefully on February 13, 2018 at Bedford Hills Center. Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Dorothy has resided in Bedford since 1998 and previously lived in Ridley Park, PA and Houston, TX.

In addition to her parents, Howard S. Sr. and Katherine (Gillies) Aurelius, she is preceded in death by her husband, Lewis G. Fritz and brother, Howard S. Aurelius Jr. Dorothy is survived by her two daughters, Karen Haddad (Emile) of Bedford, NH and Leslie Bellingham (Tim) of Goffstown, NH; son, Mark L. Fritz Sr. (Elaine) of Glenolden, PA; grandchildren, Alex and Monica Haddad, Shane and Brian Bellingham, Jacquelyn, Mark L. Jr. (Maggie), and Justin Fritz. Two great-grandchildren, Calypso Haddad and Mark L. "Tripp" Fritz III; and brother David Aurelius. Also a special part of life were her brothers-in-law and sisters-in law; Clayt, Margaret, Bud, Marion, Bill and Betty Fritz; Anita, Peggy and Jeanette Aurelius, along with her lifelong best friend, Delores Dreger; JFF ladies, and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

She was a dedicated wife, mother, Nana, sister, aunt, and friend. Dot's family was paramount in her life. She loved to cook and bake for friends and family both near and far. An animal lover, she found great comfort in her many pets throughout the years. Dot also enjoyed creating many types of arts and crafts, but will be best remembered for her generous heart and love of family and friends.

ARRANGEMENTS: Her visitation will be held in the narthex of St. Elizabeth Seton Parrish, Meetinghouse Rd., Bedford, on Thursday February 22, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Dot and Lew will be laid to rest in the Mount Calvary Mausoleum Chapel at a later date. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Dot's memory to the American Heart Association.
