DOROTHY GARON Dorothy Garon, 74, of Manchester, NH, died Wednesday, January 10, 2007, at Hanover Hill Healthcare Center, in Manchester. Mrs. Garon was born on February 6, 1932, in Hooksett, NH, the daughter of the late Alfred and Corona (Desmarais) Nadeau. Mrs. Garon was a resident of Manchester for the past 55 years. Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Garon was employed as a millworker in local factories and manufacturers including; Prevue Products, Bee Bee Shoe, Carol Cable, Manchester Knitting Mills and J.F. McElwain. Members of her family include, 1 son, Raymond R. Garon, of Auburn, NH; 2 grandchildren, 1 sister, Theresa Britton, of Manchester, several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Garon was predeceased by her husband, Roland J. Garon, who died in December 1997. Calling hours will be Friday, from 9:00 – 11:00 A.M. at Phaneuf Funeral Home, 250 Coolidge Avenue, in Manchester. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:30 A.M. at St. Marie Church, 378 Notre Dame Avenue, in Manchester. Burial will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, in Manchester.
