Dorothy L. (Mullins) (Scannell) Nobert, 90, of 141 Ridge Rd Top, New Durham, died at her residence on December 5, 2002.<br><br>She was born in Haverhill, MA on March 19, 1912, the daughter of Arthur A. and Marie M. (Bouchard) Mullins and resided in Manchester for many years. She and her husband wintered in New Port Ritchey, FL for 11 years and also lived in Epsom before moving to New Durham 7 years ago. She was an accountant with New Hampshire Insurance Company for ten years, retiring in 1977. She was the recipient of the Boston Post Cane as the oldest resident of New Durham. She was predeceased by a daughter, Dorothy Scannell. She was the widow of Lionel Nobert who died in 1999.<br><br>Family members include her daughter, Mrs. Larry (Nancy) Scannell Hamer of New Durham; a son, R. Stewart Scannell of Oklahoma City, OK; a step daughter, Mrs. John (Paula) Phaneuf of West Palm Beach, FL; a step son, Paul Nobert of Manchester; 14 grandchildren and many great grandchildren; and several nephews, nieces and cousins. <br>Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street on Sunday from 4 to 7 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday morning at 10:00 in St. Joseph Cathedral Chapel. Burial will take place in St. Joseph Cemetery.
