Dorothy T. Walace

Dorothy T. (Sullivan) Wallace, 78, of Manchester, passed away on May 13, 2011 at the Elliot Hospital.
She was born in Boston, MA on October 3, 1932, the daughter of Leo and Lillian (Hubley) Sullivan and had been a Boston area resident for most of her life before moving to Manchester eight years ago. She was the widow of Joseph Wallace who passed away in 1995 and was predeceased by a daughter, Mary Wallace. She had worked for Armstrong Laboratories for 25 years until her retirement. She love going to Weirs Beach on Lake Winnipesaukee and taking rides on the M/S Mount Washington. She also enjoyed watching Marilyn Monroe movies.
Family members include five daughters; Maureen Wilber of Randolph, MA, Cheryl Wallace of Hyde Park, MA, Linda Stanley of Gresham, OR, Shirley Stanley of Derry, and Kathy Wallace of Manchester; 19 grandchildren and many great grandchildren; a sister, Mary Bourque of Attleboro, MA; and nephews, nieces and cousins.
Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street on Tuesday from 4 to 7 PM with a funeral service to follow in the funeral home chapel at 7:00 PM.
