Dwaine C. Hunt

Dwaine C. Hunt, 55, of 179 Anthony St died at his residence on November 2, 2001. He was born in Colebrook on January 9, 1946, the son of Chester and Janice Hunt, Sr. He was a letter carrier for the United States Postal Service for over 25 years, retiring earlier this year. He was a member of the letter carriers union. He was also active in coaching for the Challenger Division Sports League and enjoyed bowling and jogging. Family memebers include his mother and stepfather, Clem and Janice (Hunt) Bergeron of Pembroke; his wife of 22 years, Debra (Francoeur) Hunt; a daughter, Tina Gagnon of Manchester; two sons, Brian Hunt and Justin Hunt, both of Manchester; one grandson, Scott Holland of Manchester; two sisters, Tresea Young of Loudon and Jeanie Appleby of Franklin, MA; two brothers, Chester Hunt, Jr. of Ellenton, CT and James Hunt of Stewartstown; and many nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts and cousins. Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover St. on Monday from 4 to 7 PM. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday morning at 10:00.
