Earl L. ''Bud'' Komar, 71, of 444 Chestnut Street, Manchester, died September 14, 2000 at Catholic Medical Center. He was born on June 21, 1929 in Detroit, Michigan, the son of the late Joseph and Maude (Weaver) Komar. He was a resident of Manchester for the past three years and spent most of his life in Detroit. He was a tool and dye journeyman for Ford Motor Company in Michigan for many years. After that, he worked for Digital Equipment Company in New Hampshire until his retirement. He was an avid fisherman and also held his amature radio license. Family members include his daughter, Karen Buckley of Orion, Michigan, a sister, Julia Quinn of Las Vegas, Nevada, and several nephews, nieces and cousins. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. Urn burial will take place at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen.
