Edgar Henry Rouleau, 79, of 43 Welch Avenue, died March 31, 2001 at Catholic Medical Center. He was born in Manchester on January 27, 1922, the son of Thedore and Alphonsine (Laventure) Rouleau and had been a lifelong resident of the City. He was a WWII Army Veteran. He was a carpenter for many years and belonged to the United Brotherhood of Carpenters for over 60 years. He was a member of the Workmans Club and a volunteer with St. Joseph Community Center. Family members include his wife of 59 years, Catherine G. (Theodorou) Rouleau; two daughters, Joan Dearborn of Manchster and Donna Roy of Goffstown; four grandchildren and one great grandson; two brothers, Carlixte Rouleau of FL and Ovila Rouleau of MA; and nephews, nieces and cousins A memorial gathering will take place at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover St., on Tuesday from 9:00 to 10:00 AM with a memorial service to follow in the funeral home Chapel at 10:00.
