Edward Rocky Godbois

Edward R. ''Rocky'' Godbois, Jr., 46, of 89 Eastern Avenue, Manchester, died August 8, 2002, at the Elliot Hospital. He was born in Manchester, NH on October 17, 1955, the son of Constance (Vanasse) Godbois and the late Edward Godbois and has been a lifelong resident of this area. Rocky loved fly fishing and hunting in Colbrook, NH. He was a chef and a taxi cab driver. Rocky owned his own cleaning business, he loved camping and was a real family man. He loved eating at Tinker's with his loving mom and loved spending time with his family. Family members include his wife of 29 years, Denise (Lajeunesse) Godbois, a son, Edward R. Godbois, III both of Manchester, a daughter Dawn Connors of Boca Raton, Florida, his predeceased son, Jason Godbois, a granddaughter Amanda Connors of Boca Raton, Florida, two brothers timothy Godbois of Deerfield, NH and Jeffrey Godbois of Goffstown, NH, two sisters, Jeanne Godbois and Sandra Godbois, both of Goffstown, NH, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Relatives and friends are welcomed to attend a memorial reception for Rocky on Sunday morning from 10 to Noon at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH.
