Edward Miller, Jr., 81, of Manchester, passed away at his residence on April 6, 2023, with his family by his side.

He was born in Gardner, MA on January 2, 1942, the son of Edward and Gertrude (Parola) Miller, Sr. He was a United States Coast Guard veteran. Edward worked for many years as an electronics supervisor at Digital Equipment Company. He was also a bartender at the DAV in Manchester until his retirement. An accomplished pool player, he won many championships and was inducted into the Pool Hall of Fame. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed fishing and hunting. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a son, James E. Miller, and by a daughter, Rebecca L. Miller.

Family members include his wife of 57 years, Jeannine (Beauregard) Miller; two sons, Ricky A. Miller, and Randy D. Miller of Manchester, NH; eight grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren; a brother, James R. Miller, of Gardner, MA; and nephews, nieces, and cousins.

A chapel service with military honors will take place and the MA Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Winchendon, MA on May 4th at 3 PM.
