Edward Philip Riley
Bedford – Edward Philip Riley, 81, died July13, 2014 peacefully in his sleep following a long illness with heart disease and cancer.
He was born on May 11, 1933 in Grasmere the son of the late Harry and Florence (Fournier) Riley.
Ed loved car racing and enjoyed watching his grandson race.
He leaves his three children, a son, Daniel and daughters, Linda and Jennie; his loving wife of 59 years, Carol (McLaughlin) Riley and three grandchildren, Dillyn Myers, Tim and Alyssa King plus his 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Ed will be greatly missed by his many friends.
He was predeceased by his daughter Edith.
Per his request there will not be calling hours or a funeral. A graveside service will be held at St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford on Friday at 10:00AM. Everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery.
