Mr. Edward L. Seay Jr, 62, of Manchester, NH died Monday October 9, 2006 at the Elliot Hospital in Manchester.
Born on August 20, 1944 in Concord, NH the son of the late Edward L Seay Sr. and Cora (Cate) Seay. He was educated in Concord and graduated from Concord High School. He was a resident of Manchester for the past 10 years, previously he lived in Allenstown.
Mr. Seay had worked as a truck driver for Pike for many years.
He took care of mentally disabled people in his home over the years. He was the co-founder of Welcome Home Shelter in Manchester. Mr. Seay enjoyed fishing and loved camping.
He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Dorothy (Douguay) Seay of Manchester, 2 sons, Brian Seay of Concord and Scott Seavy of Concord; 6 daughters, Wanda Cochrane of Manchester, Robin Seay of Manchester, Robin Sanborn of Manchester, Cory Bean of Manchester, Diana Dickerson of Manchester and Suzette Paradise of Manchester; 14 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Shirley Olson of Penacook and Linda Barnhill of St. Joseph, MO and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
