Edward Paul Woitkiewicz , 81, died Monday , February 17, 2020 at Concord Hospital with family at his bedside, following a brief illness.
Edward was predeceased by his wife of 18 years Marion, his son Peter Woitkiewicz, and his brother Frederick Woitkiewicz and wife Joan
He leaves his Son Steven Woitkiewicz, wife Eva and granddaughter Casey, Son William Woitkiewicz, wife Sharon, grandson William and Bri Collins, granddaughter Sara Morin husband Matt, granddaughter Amanda Clark and husband Steve; his daughter, Katherine Hull and Chris Comeau, grandson Michael Hull, granddaughter Stephanie Hull; his brother John Gould ; five nieces and many close friends.
Born and raised in Roxbury , the son of Edward Woitkiewicz Sr. and Helen Gould , he was a lifelong resident of Salem N.H.
In his early years, It was a time of gang wars, leather coats with zippers and old fast cars! Roxbury was a tough town to grow up in but it built great men and Women and Ed was a legend there.
After serving with the Navy, Ed was a Mill Wright, he owned a Shell Station, and had a business doing demolition. He worked hard to bring his family and children from the City to the country.
Ed had a passion for flying planes, traveling around the us on his motorcycle with his best friend Jim, He loved cooking for crowds always made the best meals, he always loved a good joke, he left a smile on our faces.
Ed was a longtime member of Sons of the American Leigon.
There will be no services per his request.
