Eileen Ann Chaput

Eileen A. Chaput, 84, of Allenstown, NH, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on November 12, 2022. Born in Goffstown, NH on August 5^th, 1938, Eileen would go on to marry her high school sweetheart Albert Chaput, with whom she shared 67 years of marriage and 4 children who were the lights of Eileen’s life.

Born and raised in Goffstown, Eileen was a lifelong resident of greater Manchester where she was never far from family. She graduated High School in Manchester and would go on to work for Freudenberg NOK for over 35 years. Eileen was a hardworking wife and mother who always prioritized providing for her family.

Those who knew Eileen will remember a strong willed, caring and loyal wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many. She had an adventurous spirit that loved to travel, having visited 49 of the 50 states, and simply loved getting out and seeing the world. Above all else, Eileen loved being surrounded by family, whether it be cookouts at the house or outside at the campfire, she was always at her best with the people she loved. She will be dearly missed by all whose lives she touched.

Eileen is survived by her husband Albert Chaput; two sons David & Daniel Chaput; two daughters Lisa Kenney & Vicki Gordon, as well as her beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

A celebration of Eileen’s life will be held on Friday, November 18^th from 12 PM – 3 PM, with a service starting at 2 at Phaneuf Funeral Homes, 243 Hanover St. Manchester, NH. All are welcome to attend.
