Elaine E. Roberge

ELAINE E. ROBERGE Elaine E. (Dufresne) Roberge, 83, of Manchester, NH, died Monday, January 21, 2008, at Harborside Northwood, in Bedford, NH. Born on December 1, 1924, in Manchester, NH, she was the daughter of the late George and Angelina (Isabelle) Dufresne. She was a life long resident of Manchester. Prior to her retirement, she was employed for over 30 years at Davon Electronics. She was a former member of the Franco American Club. Mrs. Roberge enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Members of her family include; 2 sons, Ernest L. Pettigrew and Raymond R. Pettigrew, both of Manchester; 3 step daughters, Rita Cagan, of Orlando, FL; Eleanor Breton, of Manchester; Paulette Crawford, of Lynn, MA; 10 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Roberge was predeceased by her husband, Henry E. Roberge, who died in 1988, and by her step son, Henry Roberge, Jr. IN HER LIFE: Other family members include; her 2 daughter-in-laws, Josephine Pettigrew and Marilyn Pettigrew. A memorial reception will be held at the home of Raymond and Marilyn Pettigrew, 588 Lake Avenue, in Manchester, on Thursday, January 24, beginning at 3:00 PM. A memorial service will follow at 5:00 PM in their home. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
