LYNDONVILLE, VT -- Eleanor Emily Corliss passed away on August 29, 2017 at the Pines Nursing Home in Lyndonville VT.

Eleanor was born on May 04, 1937 to Ray and Arlene Young in Lancaster NH.

Eleanor was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and beloved friend to many. Eleanor worked for the town of Bethlehem for many years. She retired from the US Postal Service after many years of hard work. Eleanor had a great love for music and enjoyed singing. She loved knitting and crocheting beautiful things.

Eleanor is survived by her son Arnold R. Corliss of Lyman NH. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Eleanor is preceded by her parents, her brother, her husband Donald R. Corliss, her husband Fred Smith and her daughter Loretta L. Robinson.

SERVICES – Calling hours will be held on Friday, September 1, 2017 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Pillsbury Phaneuf Funeral Home in Littleton NH, followed by a funeral service at 12:30 PM with Rev. Aaron Cox officiating.
