Elfriede W. Schmidt

Elfriede W. Schmidt, 90, of 43 Dublin Avenue, Nashua, NH, died August 16, 2002, at Ridgewood Health Care Center, Bedford, NH. She was born in Germany on January 19, 1912, lived in Nashua, NH before moving to Bedford, NH. She was the widow of Herman Schmidt who died in 1970. Mrs. Schmidt was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Family members include a daughter Mrs. Jonathan (Diane) Prew of Amherst, NH, one granddaughter, one great granddaughter, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Relatives and friends are welcomed to a Memorial Reception for Mrs. Schmidt at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematoirum, 243 Hanover Street, corner of Union, on Monday afternoon from 2 to 4.
