Ellen Moore Taylor, 69, of Manchester, NH, passed away on February 9, 2026 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, surrounded by her loving family. Born on February 24, 1956, Ellen was a daughter of the late Richard and Theresa (Redden) Beesmer. She was the loving mother of Jada and Aubrey Taylor.

Ellen was raised in Pittsfield, New Hampshire, and graduated from Pittsfield High School. She went on to work as a phlebotomist at Dartmouth Hitchcock. With a lifelong passion for sewing, Ellen later changed careers, becoming a tailor for Joseph A. Bank and Men’s Wearhouse.

Fiercely independent, Ellen took great pride in her home and spent many years living in Bow, New Hampshire, where she raised her family. She found comfort in her Catholic faith, and while residing in Bow she was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Church in Hooksett. Ellen loved nature, especially watching the birds at her feeder (cardinals were her favorite). She shared her life with many beloved pets over the years, most recently her cherished cat, Cookie. Above all, Ellen was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend who treasured time spent with her loved ones.

Ellen is survived by her daughter, Jada Taylor and her husband Gregory Brown of Dunbarton, her son, Aubrey Taylor and his wife Myura of Manchester; her granddaughters, Amelia and Charlotte Taylor of Manchester; her siblings, Cathleen Marcoux and her husband Bob of Goffstown, Jean Thomas of Florida, and Richard Beesmer of North Carolina; her close nephew and nieces, Daniel Soucy of Indiana, Kristina Thomas of Florida, and Leah Gutierrez of North Carolina; as well as other nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, February 20th from 12PM-2PM at Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH. Family and friends are invited to attend.
