Elvira Vera Recinoto

Elvira ''Vera'' (Palladino) Recinito, 90, formerly of 55 Amory Street, died March 18, 2002 at the Ridgewood Center in Bedford. She was born in Boston, MA on December 16, 1911, the daughter of Nicholas and Liberta (Mattioli) Palladino and had been a resident of the Brighton area for most of her life before moving to New Hampshire four years ago. She had worked for St. Elizabeth Hospital in Brighton, MA for over 35 years. She was the widow of Nicholas Recinito who died in 1988. Family members include two brothers, Ernest Palladino of MA and Alfred Palladino of Salem; a sister, Edith Tucci of Derry and several nephews, nieces, grand nephews, grand nieces and cousins. A memorial gathering will take place on Friday morning from 10 to 11 AM at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street with a memorial service to follow in the funeral homes chapel at 11:00 AM.
