Emily Schreiber, 85, of Manchester died February 6, 2008 at Hanover Hill Health Care Center in Manchester following a period of declining health. She was born on September 15, 1922 in Jaszczew, Karosno, Poland the daughter of Joseph and Kartazyna (Tabak) Musial. She moved to Manchester in 1923, at the age of 13 months and has been a resident since. She was a dedicated homemaker and mother. Mrs. Schreiber was very active at Holy Trinity Polish National Catholic Cathedral. She was past president of the Holy Trinity Cathedral Building Fund, member of the Maria Konapniczki Society and member of the ANS Society. She was recording secretary for Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery Committee, Holy Trinity Senior Bowling League. She was also past administrator of the Holy Trinity Sunday School and past church director and teacher of Christian living. She is survived by her son, Gary Schreiber of Aiken, SC; 2 daughters, Joyce Deminna of Manchester and Carol Ann Berube of Hooksett, 4 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brother, Henry Musial of Manchester; sister, Ilona Yaroma of Manchester and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Robert Schreiber who died December 1, 2004 and by her sister, Caroline Makara. There are no calling hours. Her Memorial Service will be held at Holy Trinity Polish National Catholic Cathedral on Monday at 9:00AM. Everyone is asked to meet at church. Private burial will take place at Holy Trinity Cemetery, Goffstown. In lieu of flowers, donations in Emily's name can be made to Holy Trinity Restoration Fund, 166 Pearl Street, Manchester, NH 03103.
