Erica Ann King, 28, of 20 Hospital Avenue, Manchester, died at Catholic Medical Center on November 22, 2003. She was born in Portsmouth, on April 2, 1975, the daughter of Harold Joseph and Doreen (Doherty) King, II and had been a resident of Manchester for the past ten years. Prior to that, she had resided in Allenstown, where she attended school. She was known by all to be a kind hearted mother of her two girls as well as a wonderful sister and daughter. She was a positive influence to all her friends and will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Family members include two daughters; Sara King and Kayla King of Manchester, her parents of Manchester, two brothers; Harold Joseph King, II and Michael King, Sr., both of Manchester, her maternal grandmother, Betty Doherty of MA; and nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts and cousins. IN HER LIFE: She loved spending time with her family and her two nephews, Mike King, Jr who died in December 2002 and Matthew King, her two nieces, Brittany King and Shyanne White. She will also be greatly missed by her foster parents, Gary and Marka Wintle and family, of Allenstown. A memorial gathering will take place at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street on Friday from 1 to 2 PM with a service to follow in the chapel at 2:00 PM.
